We currently have an opening for a Senior Advertising Project Manager to join our Los Angeles team.

The role of the Senior Advertising Project Manager is to act as the link that keeps the various disciplines integrated and abreast of information by maintaining an accurate view of all jobs on assigned accounts. This role is responsible for keeping all the work and the information flowing efficiently, accurately and timely throughout the agency and ensuring all internal workflow processes are followed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process jobs/work orders
  • Manage production project workflow between brand leadership, media, creative, broadcast, digital, social, print/art buying and finance
  • Develop initial timeline when opening job (Broadcast, Digital/Social & Print)
  • Controls workflow against approved creative
  • Prepares client estimates from production estimates, maintaining files of backup documents and approvals, also processes signed estimates and issues Purchase Orders to vendors
  • Sets up/coordinates internal meetings
  • Maintains weekly status report of all production jobs
  • Maintains daily hot sheets for each client team

Qualified Senior Advertising Project Managers should possess exemplary organizational skills as well as be a good communicator with a high level of written and verbal skills.  They will also be a multi-tasker with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.  They will also understand production steps and costs/time factors associated with Broadcast, Digital/Social and Print.  Candidates must have 5-7 years Advertising Project Management experience. An undergraduate degree preferred; language proficiency in both English & Spanish also preferred.
