Dieste is seeking a collaborative, enthusiastic problem-solver to join the Dallas Brand Leadership team as a Sr. Account Executive.  In this role, you will be a key player in day-to-day project leadership working alongside client and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery at every stage – on strategy, on time and within budget.

YOU KNOW HOW TO:

Manage day-to-day account operations

  • Initiate projects, coordinate and manage workflow through all agency teams
  • Establish realistic plans and work schedules; understand production requirements & costs/time factors associated with all mediums; Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts
  • Write conference reports on client calls and meetings
  • Help in coordinating of client meetings and preparations of presentations
  • Keep job history organized and easy and ready to access

Serve as the point person for client & partner agency communication across all internal groups

  • Interpret client needs into actionable internal direction
  • Develop and maintain client communications at appropriate levels
  • Work with client to align on direction/deliverables for new assignments
  • Evaluate all work against direction/ feedback to ensure client expectations are met
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with partner agencies

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years account experience in a creative advertising agency
  • Strong background in all aspects of project development/production including digital, social, TV, radio & print
  • Highly flexible with “can-do” attitude; Able to respond resourcefully & constructively to new demands, priorities, challenges or obstacles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & maintain sense of urgency and commitment to quality
  • Proven experience on fast-paced accounts, working with partner agencies, internal teams and clients 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, persuasive, inspirational, well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills; Clear, concise business writer
