We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Account Service team & help manage the day-to-day client needs. In this role you will be working alongside Clients, Account Services, Project Management, Creative & Production teams to ensure all aspects of projects stay on track.


The Account Executive is responsible for:

Managing day to day account activities

Develop/maintain professional, trusted relationship with day to day client contact

Responsible for interpreting client needs into actionable internal direction; discern what client is requesting and what action to take

Prep creative brief and briefing process (externally & internally); reviews brief/strategy docs w/ sup prior to internal/external submission

Ensures project information is communicated to appropriate departments/team members

Works collaboratively w/ others in media, creative, promotions, studio, planning, finance, project management and other departments to produce solid work on time & consistent with objectives of client’s communication program

Monitors production schedules/activity and notifies supervisor of relevant fluctuations

Reviews creative concepts/ads, media plans, spreadsheets, flowcharts with supervisor prior to client review

Manages quality control of project and is responsible for notifying supervisor of any resulting financial or client service ramifications

Ensures internal agency process is followed

Understands agency integrated service offerings (direct marketing, promotions, studio, digital, social media, etc.)


Position Requirements

Advertising agency account management experience with a minimum of 1 year experience – Client management experience strongly preferred

Have the proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office environment with attention to detail

Basic understanding of marketing and advertising

Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Exceptional attention-to-detail

Self-starter/motivated person with strong initiative and commitment to clients and agency

Ability to interact with different personalities on various levels

Ability to respond promptly to immediate client needs and requests

Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint



Experience in the Telecom industry a plus

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
