Dieste is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Account Supervisor to join our Brand Leadership team & help manage the day-to-day social media client needs. In this role you will be working alongside Clients, Account Services, Project Management, Creative & Production teams to ensure all aspects of projects stay on track.


Role & Responsibility:

Build strong client and partner relationships at multiple levels to deepen understanding of client’s social media goals & growth opportunities

Educate stakeholders on best practices and proper use of social data and analytics to help make informed decisions

Work with internal teams to design measurement, testing, and optimization mechanisms to evaluate and drive the success of social media campaigns

Communicate findings and actionable recommendations in a manner tailored to the target audience – includes but not limited to: weekly, monthly and EOY reporting with insights of creative/message/offer performance

Perform competitive and contextual landscape analysis and put fourth recommendations based on findings

Work with internal teams to develop strategy briefs that provide creative teams with a concise but thorough launching pad for inspired social media campaigns


Desired Skills and Experience:

Education: Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred

Experience: Min 6-8 years in advertising w/ agency &/or mix of client-side social media experience, with min 1-2 yrs. managing/supervising personnel

Open, accessible and creates learning environment for junior staff to take risks and try out new ideas/approaches

Able to resolve in a calm, controlled manner any conflicts or differences that arise

Familiar with variety of research techniques and understand their application

Ability to analyze data from various resources (secondary, primary and industry)

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills; Mentor and coach

Have the proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office environment with attention to detail

Excellent communicator with error-free written and presentation skills

Be a social media maven and understand the ends and outs of the social media channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (advanced Excel skills a plus!)

Ability to communicate with and advise client contacts using knowledge of data analysis and consumer insights

Have the proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office


Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience

Experience in the Telecom industry a plus

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
