To evaluate creative work consistently and manage a fully integrated creative team. Becoming a bridge to a perfect understanding of the strategy and business challenge for the client. Must distinct big ideas from the rest, targeting diverse cultures in the new U.S. marketplace.
Position requires fully bilingual (Spanish/English) skills with a deep understanding of the diverse multi-cultural Latino market in the USA.
Full involvement in status for all assignments involving account executive teams, creative teams and other working associates as necessary.
Participate actively in concept development sessions with creative group (ACD’s, art directors and copywriters).
Obtain from the account director and planning director, all background information required to accomplish assigned projects.
Report to Chief Creative Officer well in advance of any planned deviation from job specifications, strategy and time schedules.
Evaluate distinctive copy and layouts, with close attention to strategic accuracy and business objectives.
Maintain close relationship with managing director, account director and planning director of the account.
Assist the creative team and production personnel in the production of broadcast and digital communication.
Firmly uphold and upgrade the agency’s creative standards in a spirit of cooperation with agency partners.
Constantly work to improve the quality of conception development and creative expressions across all channels.
