Dieste, Inc, the company for the new multicultural connected age, is looking for a passionate Account Supervisor to help us develop and execute creative solutions to grow our clients’ businesses.

The Account Supervisor is a highly visible client contact that works to understand the vision and objectives of client projects and plays a key role in bringing them to life. They work to build and foster trusted, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating accountability for the progress and success of their assigned projects.


The Account Supervisor is responsible for:

Overseeing and ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day client projects and assuring the quality of the work from all agency departments meets and exceeds clients’ expectations.

Working alongside strategic planners to develop creative brief documents that merge brand strategies with consumer insights

Integrating and implementing strategies and creative direction across integrated campaigns.

Working with Account Executives and producers to oversee/manage the production process across various mediums including Television, Radio, OOH, Digital, Social, In-store

Working with Account Director and Analytics teams to evaluate and report success of initiatives against established benchmarks

Resolving day-to-day issues and key areas of client concern

Developing and mentoring direct reports


Postion Requirements

Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Exceptional attention-to-detail and strong logistical skills (scheduling, planning, budgeting, project management)

Self-starter/motivated person with strong initiative and commitment to clients and agency

Ability to prioritize and delegate workload. Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills a must.

Ability to interact with different personalities on various levels

Ability to respond promptly to immediate client needs and requests

Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint


Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience

Experience in the Telecom industry a plus

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
