Millennials have the potential to apply their native knowledge to marketing and lead brand’s efforts (beyond their own). Let’s check for qualifications: promoters of their own brand for years, highest branding IQ of any generation, and high entrepreneurial skills, among others. Check, check and CHECK. They think they’re ready. And they might be. Either way, there are plenty of things they still need to learn, and some of us could benefit from a refresher.
