Ants communicate silently (obviously) and are very productive. Therefore, at your next brainstorming session, try to solve problems like the ants do. A leader will start by creating a graph, with the goals and some thought starters at the top (big ideas). The participants write down their ideas on how to reach the goal (executions) until a solution is reached.
