Communities inside Communities

 

Collecting Big Data from our communities has marketers asking themselves, and frankly wishing, how they can reach the “right person with the right message at the right time.” But the consumer may have something else in mind: How can we (consumers) reach the desired brand at the right time with a real need with no matter the message? Have you, as a brand, paved the road and facilitated some digital real estate for them?
