Getty Is Leaning In

Calling all art directors! Your lives may have gotten just a tad bit easier, thanks to’s (Sheryl Sandberg’s nonprofit) partnership with Getty. You remember that cute TV spot that Cheerios did with the multicultural family? Well it’s like that but you can actually use the images. According to the article, the trifecta of most-searched words is women, business and family, so they set out to create a database of images that reflect this. Time will tell if the plan succeeds at portraying women as they are…or as they want to be seen.
