IF YOU CAN’T SAY IT IN AN INFOGRAPHIC, DON’T SAY IT AT ALL. In our instant and now visually consumable society, “infographics” are the answer to our hunger for the instantaneous. Like with anything, if you apply a little creativity, something dry and complex can be given new life. Since their inception, infographics have been used to make complicated data sheets understandable to laymen. Now, infographics shed a new light on a slew of topics, from advanced mathematics to social analysis. Think: visually appealing knowledge democratization. In our industry, infographics are used in data analysis, but also to depict consumer profiles and insights into social behavior and trends. This trend has even spawned agencies that specialize in producing infographics for other agencies and clients alike.
