Key activity: The role of the Advertising Project Manager is to act as the hub that keeps the various agency disciplines integrated and abreast of information by maintaining an accurate view of all jobs. This role is responsible for keeping all work and information flowing efficiently, accurately, and timely throughout the agency to ensure all internal and client workflow processes are followed. This position also works with multiple agency partners to share information, so understanding overall project implications from a 360 point of view is vital.

You know how to:

  • Process incoming jobs/work orders
  • Develop and maintain project timelines to meet key dates
  • Coordinate and manage workflow through all agency teams, securing team assignments based on skillset and workload to successfully meet/exceed expected outcomes
  • Oversee/coordinate other aspects of the project, including, but not limited to project estimates; resource plans; budgets; and status reports
  • Help in setting up/coordinating internal meetings
  • Staying abreast of client / brand regulations and requirements and communicating those to relevant team members

Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 years Advertising Project Management experience required; pharma/medical experience preferred
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Experience in Hive job management system a plus
  • Agile project management experience a plus

Salary Range

  • $85K – $95K USD
