Dieste is seeking a collaborative, enthusiastic problem-solver to join the Dallas Brand Leadership team as an Account Supervisor. In this role, you will be a key player in day-to-day project leadership – ensuring flawless delivery at every stage, mentoring junior staff, maintaining relationships with partner agencies and client contacts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day account operations
- Able to work effectively without undue oversight, resolving routine problems independently
- Work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities and implement new processes to address
- Establish realistic plans and work schedules; understand production requirements & costs/time factors associated with all mediums; Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts
- Maintain accountability for quality control across team – timing, accuracy, tracking & completion
Serves as the point person for client & partner agency communication across all internal groups
- Work with client to align on direction/deliverables for new assignments
- Evaluate all work against direction/ feedback to ensure client expectations are met
- Understand the “why” behind client feedback and apply understanding to project challenges
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with partner agencies.
Coach and mentor AEs
- Direct & motivate team on assigned responsibilities; Provide hands-on training to ensure performance & growth
- Help team understand client nuances & identify opportunities to enhance work styles and add value at every step
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years account experience in a creative advertising agency
- Strong background in all aspects of project development/production including digital, social, TV, radio & print
- Highly flexible with “can-do” attitude; Able to respond resourcefully & constructively to new demands, priorities, challenges or obstacles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & maintain sense of urgency and commitment to quality
- Proven experience on fast-paced accounts, working with partner agencies, internal teams and clients
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, persuasive, inspirational, well-developed interpersonal skills
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills; Clear, concise business writer
FULL-TIME, Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
