Responsibilities, you will: 

  • Be responsible for crafting strategies that inspire creative work, excite the team, and bring results to the brand 
  • Develop and present insights to inspire creative ideas that can solve the client’s ask 
  • Translate cultural trends and insights into creative ideas 
  • Develop narratives to present the creative work  
  • Support teammates on strategic, creative, account, and production projects 
  • Team up to collaborate with creatives and brand leaders within Dieste and account planners in other agencies 


  • 4+ years of relatable experience in a creative agency setting, with experience leading strategies that focus on the Hispanic culture 
  • A deep understanding of the biculturalism of Hispanic American  
  • Ability to work across different groups and disciplines  
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable doing presentations, and building relationships with mid-to-high level clients and colleagues 
  • Being fluently bilingual is a plus (English – Spanish)
