DIGITAL ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR
The Digital Marketing Supervisor will work with cross-functional agency teams to provide a holistic approach across all digital channels, including social media. This person will demonstrate strong analytic and strategic planning skills across all digital channels and understand campaign development, optimization strategies and KPI measurement/reporting. Understands the relationship between media strategy and creative approach and how to tailor messaging to maximize campaign impact against established goals and business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal brand planning departments and external agency partners to plan the strategic role of digital solutions (including but not limited to social, e-commerce, SEM, SEO, mobile, video, etc.) within an integrated marketing campaign.
Build strong client and partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor and resource across all digital initiatives to identify opportunities to effect business growth.
Educate stakeholders (internal & external) on best practices and proper use of digital/social data and analytics to help make informed decisions.
Understand and explain digital/social metrics specific to campaign objectives and provide sound KPI recommendations for all digital/social programs.
Design measurement, testing, and optimization mechanisms to evaluate and drive the success of campaigns; implement processes and tools across agency departments to ensure data is reliably comparable.
Develop testing strategies for campaigns in-market to ensure ongoing learning and application of findings to ensure continuous improvement and enhance strategic development process.
Lead team in development of regular campaign reports and ensure timely delivery of actionable insights based on in-depth analysis of performance across various metrics.
Work with strategic planning team to develop strategy briefs that provide creative teams with a concise but thorough launching pad for inspired creative product.
Maintain an understanding of industry trends, research and emerging tools and serve as a resource to creative and account teams; perform competitive and contextual landscape analysis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
7+ years digital marketing experience. Agency preferred.
Possess a thorough command of the social media and digital world (from the evolving social web to mobile tools and trends), sophisticated client service and digital communications skills, high energy and passion for this area of rapid change and innovation.
Experience with Microsoft Office, reporting and social media planning tools.
Excellent project prioritization and organizational skills – attention to detail.
Work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams – displaying proven ability in running campaigns, controlling timelines and budgets, anticipating issues and working toward solutions to complex problems.
Be able to communicate with client contacts across multiple levels, both at a reporting and strategic counsel level.
Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly lead internal teams, working closely with agency-wide project management, creative and account management teams.
Have the proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Be able to analyze data and summarize insight to inform future recommendations and decisions.
Telecom industry experience a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required.
